For more than 20 years, Jen Shupp has been a trusted presence in Arizona real estate. In 2005, Jen started her career at TW Lewis in new home sales and 10 years later, teamed up with her father, who was her broker, whose mentorship deeply shaped her professional path. He unexpectedly passed away in October of 2023 and Jen committed to taking over the brokerage. In August of 2025, she stepped fully into real estate, bringing with her not only the lessons her father instilled but also her own strong foundation of corporate experience. She proudly became the designated broker, carrying forward his legacy with the same thoroughness, integrity, and drive that defined his work. 

Before the full time transition, Jen spent nearly 30 years in corporate America, 18 of which at Abbott Laboratories, sharpening her skills in discipline, follow-through, and relationships...strengths she now brings to her clients. Like her father, she has a gift for finding common ground, whether through sports, pickleball, or a shared meal. 

Jen’s roots run deep in Litchfield Park, where she and her husband are raising four kids and two lively dogs. She loves the community spirit, local charm, and small-town feel where neighbors look out for one another...with family living just down the street. 

Outside of work, Jen is passionate about cooking, fitness, nutrition, and sports-especially football. You’re just as likely to find her experimenting with a new recipe as you are catching a workout or cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ games. Most of all, she values time with her family and the community that surrounds them. 

As a real estate professional, Jen combines her deep local knowledge, corporate discipline, and personal touch to serve her clients with care and excellence.
